KIM KASH: What happens when a writer falls in love with a charming yet (sometimes) cheesy town?
KIM KASH is a freelance writer and fiction novelist who has traveled the globe with pen in hand. A native Marylander, she was born in Greenbelt, Maryland … then she spent some time living in California, a move that gave her a deeper appreciation for the Mid-Atlantic. Now, Kim splits her time between Delmarva and the Middle East and works as a freelance writer. In 2009, she wrote a bestselling travel book, Ocean City: A Guide to Maryland's Seaside Resort. Her fictional novel series is set against the backdrop of Ocean City and focuses on Jamie August, a newspaper reporter who won’t stop digging for a good story and finds a bit of trouble along the way. The first in the series was Ocean City Lowdown (2013) followed by Ocean City Cover-Up (2015).
